2006
This is a bit late report from Field Day 2006 on mountain Veselsky kopec.
For hams who do not know where Veselsky Kopec is : It is near city of Odry, near spring of river of Odra on half way between Ostrava and Olomouc.
Flat hill 557 m ASL with telecomunication tower, TV transmitter and village Veseli, where we go for beer to the pub.
Locator here is JN89VP.
We worked on 432 MHz band.
Our crew :
Up L-R :Leo's XYL, Leo (main technician), Ivan OK2BMU, Petr OK2PWA, Jarda OK2HZ, Josef OK2BTL.
Down L-R next OK????, Rosta OK2UFB and Petr OK2XFH. There is not Roman (ex OL7BFT) (photographer)..
We had guests during contesti Martin OK2XWH (nyní OK2EE) with frieds and as usually Ivan OK2BVA from Odry.
Wheather was perfect. We started to build mast:
Leo in action ...
With a little help of friends (Roman ex OL7BFT). I guess only man who understands to this.
And finally:
Mast is done, now antennas But TV tower is higher What to do ?
Everything is right, we can enjoy one shot ...
